Our training programs offer both theoretical and practical insights, tailored to address specific challenges related to control valves and their associated accessories in customer installations. Prior to each session, we conduct a survey and an initial meeting to gather detailed information on actual issues faced by the customer, as well as the brands and types of installed valves and accessories.
Customized Control Valves Hands-on Trainings
The training sessions, delivered primarily in French (or in English upon request), are customized based on the customer’s requirements and may cover the following topics:
- Overview of control valves, including their functionality and detailed explanations.
- Actuator bench set: Explanation and case study.
- Packing: Explanation, replacement procedures, and case study.
- Comparative analysis of pneumatic and digital positioners.
- Digital positioners (DVC6200, 7K, Logix, etc.): Capabilities, relevant applications, and case studies.
- Hands-on use of the TREX communicator: Enabling participants to perform common tasks such as calibration and diagnostics.
- Simulation of real-life issues and practical diagnostics.
- Hands-on exercises: Packing replacement, trim replacement, and positioner mounting.
Sessions can be organized at a hotel for the convenience of the participants or at the customer’s premises. Upon completion of the training, participants will receive certificates.
